This was my second experience at Beverly Hills Audi and the service department was again exceptional. My service advisor was Andrew Neal who continues to be knowledgeable, honest, amiable, and on top of everything from car rental to warranty. Andrew explained everything thoroughly and gave me regular updates. My car was repaired to my satisfaction with a minimum of stress. Beverly Hills Audi Service Department definitely gets my recommendation.
