I came in with no hope at all. We were paying 12.9% and couldn't get help from our mortgage lender. Nick Payne did an excellent job, gave us hope, found us a lender and we closed with a lender fixed FHA 5%. I can't thank Nick and A1 enough for the help. No BS great people. ~Dan Cassidy
