They use to lie all the time. I choose a combo of two tests, one for Covid-19 infection and the other one for antibodies for which I paid $210. They only gave me results of one test. As I needed urgent, I've paid an extra $35 for same day results. I received my results next day, to be exact 32 hours later. They never called me to give me the results, I had to call them many times. Finally I received the results by phone just because and only because I called them, they never called me. Anyways they refused to reimburse me for the $35 I've paid for the same they results and for the test of antibodies they didn't do. I am still fighting for my money. I am filling a dispute on my credit card institution.
