First interaction with them: bought a pair of riding gloves from them that broke on the second ride. Because I had been waiting on parts to ride the bike, it fell out of the return policy window. Fine, whatever. Second time dealing with them they quoted me $210 for a tire change (price with my own tires). Predatory and opportunistic from the get go, no way I'd let them near my bike and neither should you! its your life, go somewhere else.
