I've only spoken with Fred. One of the nicest car dealers I've met. It was fun and informative buying the car. We had a great first-car-purchasing experience thanks to everyone at the dealership and especially to Fred.

It's sad how my experience with this dealership has deteriorated so dramatically after my purchase and I do not trust a thing from them any more. The biggest nightmate dealing with the mechanics and service dept. Have to fight for services we already paid for. Never reliable. We always tried to be understanding and flexible but you know when your kind smile gets taken advantage of. A couple of confrontation finally got us the service we asked for and paid for. It should not be this difficult for ANYONE!
