Attitude of the employees towards the students are...

Attitude of the employees towards the students are very bad. It is written that " students are our guest" in front of the main door of the university but I feel pitty in the way which they treat their guests. It takes lot of time even to get a migration certificate...I feel very bad in the working condition of the university.
