I recently purchased a car from the used car team at Essendon Mazda and wow, just can't believe how truly wonderful my customer experience has been. I am so impressed! I've been to a few other dealers to look at my choices, so I've seen and experienced my fair share of arrogant and unhelpful customer service recently. The manager Jason and the sales rep Ozi looking after me were top notch and provided the best car sales service I've ever had, they went the extra mile to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. These two guys are the best brand ambassadors for Mazda I think anyone can ask for. Would highly recommend to all my family and friends. Thanks Mazda! :)
