We were in a particularly crappy (no pun intended)...

We were in a particularly crappy (no pun intended) situation where our septic backed up into our basement and our landlord refused to have it cleaned up. Pete was phenomenal, even at 7 pm on a Friday. He went above and beyond to help us make our home safe. The area involved was quite small, so clean up didn't take long. I would absolutely do business with Quest again.
