I drove up from Grand Prairie to check out some tile I found online. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a lady at the front desk (Karla, I believe). I mentioned to her the name of the tile I found, which she immediately knew what I was talking about and took me over to where it was. She asked me if I wanted a sample and went to the back and grabbed one for me. She showed me a couple different options and I mentioned to her I wish I had a larger piece, which she informed me she could order a large piece sample that could be delivered to my house.

After I left this location I went to a couple different tile locations and the customer experience was completely different (in a bad way). One place didn't acknowledge me at all or ask if I needed any assistance. Another place they did ask if I needed anything and when I asked about a tile they said "I think we have a sample in the back" and just stood there and looked at me.

Additionally, this Plano location had excellent lighting and selection of modern tile and styles. Probably one of the most impressive and well put together tile locations I have been to.
