I have never written a review before. But the customer service I received today was SO BAD. I wish I could give less than one star. They sold me a fridge where they chipped the drip tray in the back and decided to tape the chip with aluminum tape instead of replacing the part that probably would have cost them almost nothing. It was hidden and I never knew about it until my fridge leaked and I had to get it repaired. The repairman discovered the drip tray issues and pointed it out to me. I then called Whirpool to ask them about it and what they would do... after putting me on hold for 40 minutes they said they would send a technician over for $100 + the cost of new parts :S. Unbelievable... when I told them how outrageous that was that they would charge me for that all they offered was 15% off a new fridge... an offer that was only good for the next 90 days. They are the worst.
