I have been coveting a pair of shoes that was in my cart for a while and the owner of the company kindly sent me an email that she would like to give me an additional discount since it is the last pair. Exceptional and Great experience with my first purchase at V&V. Now V&V is a new addition to my favorite online store and I would love to visit the store whenever I get a chance.
