John went above and beyond to assist me in my purchase of the new Explorer. We had already agreed on the final numbers prior to my arrival to the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership, my new vehicle was out front waiting for my test drive. Nick assisted with the test drive and finalizing my financing to ensure my time at the dealership was minimized per my request. I have purchased several new cars over the years but this was by far my best experience and I applaud this team for my minimal time sitting at the dealership.
