Never have I ever had better service in my life. John H came to my house for a furnace tune up and was so outstanding. He was so friendly and kind. He really knew what he was doing and I have never had a better service tech enter my home and make me feel like I am family. I did not see him without a smile literally the whole time he was here. Never have I felt more comfortable with someone in my home working and that does not come easy for me.

So when John arrived my furnace was acting up and not staying on very long before it would shut itself off. John did not even hesitate and said he would do everything he could to get things running the way it should but even better. He did just that! He was so thorough and cleaned every part of the machine and made sure it was safe and working the very best way it possibly could. He fixed it!!!! He even explained exactly what was happening and how it was effecting the proper functioning of the furnace. He really knows his stuff! Everything has been running great!! I could not be happier! I just want to thank John and Donovan & Jorgansen for having such a wonderful person like John working for you! He really is one of a kind and I will absolutely be recommending your wonderful business to everyone I know. I m just so impressed with how much he went above and beyond and how he was so determined to make things run the very best it possibly can.

I am so happy and would recommend anyone who is looking for an outstanding heating and cooling company to go with this company! Hands down the very best of the best!
