I needed to replace a 23-year old, gas finance and 4-ton HVAC system with a new heat pump system We met with representatives from 4 HVAC companies including Coolray. Ron Smith from Coolray visited our home, looked over our old system and walked through the area of our home to be heated and cooled by the new system, Ron asked us several excellent questions which helped him determine several heat pump system options to consider. After comparing and contrasting several different options from multiple companies, We selected a Coolray Heat Pump option that fit our budget and made great economical sense to us. Ron took an educational and consultative approach with us rather than a hard sales approach which we greatly appreciated. The new system is running great and we immediately could tell a big difference in the quality of our conditioned air as we enter the hot season in Atlanta.
