Phoned about 3 times in succession , automated board asks you to pick one of 3 options which each time I did and each time - NOTHING ! Jus t left me waiting , no music , no beep, no reply or advice three times over 15 mins each time I just gave up the store cannot be reached , shameful show for such a wealthy global Bank brand
