I had a terrible experience with my daughter's prom dress. We ordered it 10 weeks before her prom - it came in 3 weeks before her prom - we live 1 hr and 20 minutes away - we drove down for the fitting, they put her dress in the fitting room and walk away - I go and find the sales lady and ask if the additional crinoline that we order came in. "Oh why didn't I check that before I had you drive all the way down here" was the answer I received!!! She offered to call first thing on Monday to check on it - and to mail it directly to me once she got it. So I took the dress home hoping once we got it, it won't need to be hemmed. It is now 4 days until my daughters prom and still no crinoline and I called two days ago to ask for a tracking # and they said they would call me right back with it. I haven't heard for them yet and the phone at the store is always busy. Poor poor customer service. Oh I final just got thru to them and they haven't even mailed it to me yet!! I was told last Tuesday when I called them that it was in and they were mailing it right out!! What a joke !! I don't care that they have the best selection around - I will never order another prom dress from this store ever again
