Tonight's Dining Adventure takes us to Feng Chophouse in Hartford, Connecticut. Sushi, miso soup, Chilean Seabass, aged 9 Oz filet cooked to absolute perfection! "The Apple Experience" (Apple, Gigi berries, white chocolate, crumb topping and a rum chars sauce with a hefty scoop of OMG!), hot tea and my signature cappuccino round out our 10 Star fine dining experience, WOW! Pictured with Executive Chef/Owner, John Chen.
