A Mercedes Benz will sell itself. Wish I had worked with an experienced salesperson. I was told the car had features it did not. I purchased based on the features. When I asked for a demonstration, I was then told that this car does not have those features and the sales person did not know how a majority of the features actually worked. An experienced professional finally took the time to show me how things worked, but at the end of the day i was sold a car that did not have the features I clearly stated needed/wanted and salesperson lead me to believe it had.
