Please don't live here they don't pay out there vendors it's been 2 going on 3 months without any payout.they owe over 9,000 if they treat there vendors thus way I can imagine how they treat there tenants.i have been doing business with beztak for almost a year and only received 3 checks this makes NO Sense! There isn't anyone too talk to at the office or corporate office they don't care this is a joke .please save yourself the trouble I wish I did ! I wish I could give -5 stars because zero is just too generoussssss ! Don't move here or WORK here .
