As part of our multi-year, prepaid Maintenance Contract, it was time for our single family home s annual AC checkup/tuneup. Cornelius had helped us in prior years with a serious forced air heating (heat exchanger) issue, and he did another superb and thorough job this week, with coworker Dave along, to keep our 9 year old equipment in good operating condition. He took the time to explain and address the details we wondered about. We highly recommend the Shavitz team and Cornelius,too.
