They don't have the absolute lowest rates, but its not exspensive either. I keep my AC on 72f during the say and 65f at night during the summer, and my bill hasn't hit $250 yet. Also, when the winter storm hit and everyone lost their power, ours stayed on the whole time. The customer service people actually answer the phones, no automation or long waits.
