Horrible none of the staff are helpful I m just trying to get my medical records and I did everything that they needed me to do and said they were going to call me back and said my medical records would be ready for me today at noon and I received no call and so I called you guys and the lady has no idea what I m talking about and I ve been on hold for an hour now so I have time to write this. They are probably going to leave me on hold until you guys close which is pathetic. Come on something so simple is so hard for you guys to do. Hopefully your ER people are brighter than staff handling medical records because that would be troubling.
