5 STARS FOR ANGELA AND THE STORE

1 STAR FOR CASSANDRA? honestly, cannot remember her name, I'm trying to forget the horrible experience.

This store is extremely gorgeous and reminds me exactly of the show say yes to the dress. We walked in with no appointment on a weekday and a consultant had time in her schedule to accommodate us. Her name was Angela and I described what I was looking for in a gown and our venue. She immediately had a few dresses in mind.

I have been to lots of stores trying on wedding dresses and have found zero dresses that I liked at all. The second dress Angela found me I almost cried when I saw myself in it. I loved it and so did my family.

She went well above and beyond her job by making me feel comfortable by asking me lots of questions and opening up to me about her life. You could tell she genuinely loved her job and seeing brides happy.

I loved everything about the dress but wanted it in ivory so she found a smaller size and held it up to me standing behind me so we could get a visual of what it would look like.

She never once pressured me to buy, I left that day not buying it because the price was 3 times what I wanted to spend. A month went by and I had dreams about the dress so I went back with my bridesmaids to try it on. I requested Angela again through the online form and indicated I only wanted to try on that dress. When I arrived Angela was at the counter and she indicated that somehow there was a mistake and they set up the appointment with a different consultant named Cassandra? I believe. She went to talk to her to see if she could do the appointment instead but I guess the other woman said no.

The new consultant, Cassandra?, seemed rude from the get go. She had someone job shadowing her that day and didn't even know her name or let her talk. The entire time I was there she was pressuring me to buy and rushing me to make a decision. She kept saying are you going to say yes to the dress?!!?! She seemed angry and like she didn't care about me the entire time. I kept saying what I wanted and she was not even listening. It honestly ruined my special moment and I almost did not buy the dress because of it. She also kept calling me dear and other pet names which I found degrading. The person job shadowing her was WAY better and when Cassandra? went to do whatever she was doing the trainee was cracking jokes and saying we should have a photo shoot. This place should hire her for sure! I think her name was manni?

The thing to take away is the consultant makes or breaks the experience. If I had Cassandra? the first time I went to this store I NEVER would have bought from here. Thank goodness Angela happened to be there that day and came to check on me. Angela is amazing! To the other consultant you really shouldn't work there if you are going to be angry.

Angela definitely made my experience and found my dress without her I would still be searching.
