We hired Morpurgo Architects to plan a significant addition to an 18th century stone house on the National Registry of Historic Places. We wanted to bring the house into the 21st century without violating its integrity and charm. Our Plans would need to be approved by our town s Historic Commission and separately by the Zoning Board. This was a tall order because we were purchasing the home at the time and wanted plans approved as a condition of sale of the house.

Gus jumped right in with ideas and got us excited about our undertaking. He connected us with a wonderful contractor and the two of them created an addition that has won awards and continues to charm visitors to our home.
