We boarded our cat there for a week this month. The NEW Owners (they told us they bought the business in June) seemed friendly and interested in our cats' story. They also explained all of the ideas they had for their new business. I knew it would be hard for my cat as she is only 5 months old and this was her first time boarding. I checked in by phone and was told that she was very stressed and that they had nick-named her "Cujo"...apparently my cat was not very receptive to them (they were given a letter of instructions regarding her behavior). This news was very disappointing as no one called me to tell me of any issues, nor did I receive any of the promised photos. I brought in my own food and bottled water, snacks, toys and two blankets, all labeled and called out on a list. Upon pickup, unused food and water, one blanket and toys were not returned. Upon pickup, there was no one at the front desk, then two other persons with dogs came in and we all waited quite a while. While the NEW Owners do seem passionate about their business, the cattery does not have any windows or any internet cameras. Thankfully the cats cannot hear the dogs barking while the cattery door is closed. I think once the New Owners settle in and finish their "ideas" this may be the place for you. The groomers sure do a great job. I had my cats nails clipped about four weeks ago but was told at boarding that they would clip my cat s nails again; it appears that was not done.
