One of the shoddiest firms ever created. Not a single customer service rep will provide a direct line to anyone or reveal their name. Supervisors promise to call with information or further guidance and do not do so. The same question appears to have several answers. Numbers change from day to day. I had a policy with them for years. They cancelled my policy, took the entire cash balance and didn't tell me until 3 months after they had done so because they mis-posted my premium.
