This property company manages our hoa in the neighborhood. I have been dealing with an issue for the length of the summer. It is difficult getting a hold of the person assigned to our neighborhood. And when they do respond, there is no progress on the issue. If at all possible stay way from having this company manage your property! After time and time dealing with this group you see they have no interest in doing the job they were hired to do.

Update, this management company will not enforce the HOA covenant bylaws. Reported an issue at the beginning of December and is now March no action at all has been taken. This is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with, because they are gladly taking their fees and providing zero management. I would recommend not ever do business with this company!

Update, I send emails about the violation thru the hertiage management neighborhood website, with zero response from the management company or the board. Why would I contact you thru the social board here just so you can save face with the public and look like your addressing an issue you clearly have no intention to.
