I'm a very unhappy, dissatisfied, and disgruntled ...

I'm a very unhappy, dissatisfied, and disgruntled customer. When I signed up over the phone, i was not made aware of the disconnection and reconnection PENALTY CHARGES OF $60?!?! So while I cannot always afford to pay my bill on time, I still pay it, even if service s interrupted...so this happened a couple of times where they finally informed me about the charges...which I never agreed to because they were not discussed by the rep who signed me up, because if they did, I WOULD NOT HAVE SIGNED UP. There are plenty of other companies who will not PENALIZE somebody a ridiculous amount of money to do the job that they already get paid to do.....so today my power disconnects, my minimum amount due was 195.00...which I cannot afford to pay today....I AM IN AN APARTMENT WITH AN INFANT...so I called to try to work something out so that I could pay for my ELECTRICITY SERVICE and to have those ridiculous charges waived from my bill....since I did not agree to that....and so I could pay my bill for ELECTRIC SERVICE...the people I talked to over the phone were not interested in helping me at all with my situation, refused to work with me to lower my bill so that me and MY BABY CAN HAVE POWER. I was insulted when he told me that if I had paid my bill on time then I wouldn't be in this situation.....so because I can't always afford to pay a bill on time, me and MY BABY are not worthy of electricity??? The ppl I talked to were very apathetic to my situation and refused to help...even tho it is AGAINST THE LAW TO KNOWINGLY LEAVE AN INFANT IN A HOME WITH NO POWER...they kept telling me to call 211 and to borrow the money....so when I asked them if I could borrow their money they refused. So I'm here in this apartment with a baby and no electricity because I owe PENALTY FEES that I CANNOT AFFORD! I DID NOT SIGN UP TO PAY YOUR BILLS, ONLY MY OWN BILL FOR THE ENERGY THAT I CONSUME! THAT'S IT!!!!!
