Wanted to say I was very pleased with the service department, especially Chris and John.

My daughter s car had to come in for a radiator fan issue that wouldn t shut off and drained the battery as a result.

They fixed it all in one day and were very fair with me on the billing. While VW out of warranty work is never inexpensive, having a good service departments makes all the difference.

This is why I continue to buy cars from Trend. I ve purchased 6 cars from Glen at Trend in the last 20 years. Always fair.
