Pros: Beautiful resort outside. The landscape is top notch. There are lots of pools with slides for kids. Relaxing comfortable spots to lay out. Great view of the ocean. Many thing to do on site. Lots and lots and lots of art work to look at. They get a 10/10 for the outside room things to see and do.

Cons: Way over priced meals ($80.00 for 2 for breakfast buffet, Long Island for $16.00)
Rooms are very basic. Generic Hilton room. Basic tub with cheap curtain. Small balcony. No dining room table. Very much identical to most Hilton rooms in the states. Customer services is not amazing. We were greeted at our car because we valet our vehicle. Once we walked inside no one was offering to take luggage, we were given a map and a general idea were our room was.

Changes I would recommend:
Buffet $20 a person.
Drinks $8
Customer service: taking bags to room. Greeting guest and showing them where to check in and such (not feeling rushed or put out).
