Up until 2011 this branch hired out good quality bikes at an excellent price of $50/day - perfect for the Capital City Trail which passes right by this shop. Sadly they have decided not to offer this service any more, and instead recommended a bike shop on the other side of the city which charges a crazy $150/day.

The Melbourne Bike Share doesn't have any stations along most of the Capital City Trail (why?!), so can only be used on the trail as an expensive, clunky and far less enjoyable option.

I really hope Bike Force will start holding even just a handful of bikes available for hire once again in the future, it doesn't seem too much to expect.
