The folks at Demmer turned a rough start around and really delivered in the end. They originally ordered the wrong part and the right part was not available, with no estimated date, so my salesman Nanette upgraded my loaner to a very well optioned Continental. Much nicer than a base MKZ. The repair was completed as soon as the part arrived. (I know because I followed it inside the company.) They dropped my car off at my home with a complimentary full tank of gas! They showed that they care about the experience that I had. Things won't always go right but you can always focus on making the customer happy and they did.

Sept 3019: Picked up a new car. AAA said they had the insurance all set but my sales person Nanette saw that it wasn t. She chased them down and got everything in order so I didn t have to. This time I was the one who caused them extra work because forgetting to change my email on the Lincoln app caused it not to authenticate. The concierge took care of it right away. The service guy didn t say anything about their time just glad it was resolved. They are a good group and I recommend them. Still 5 stars.
