Hi, I'm not the type of person who always giving a feedback but I just wanted to bring this to your attention. My wife and I recently stayed for 3days and 2nights with breakfast buffet included. We just also had a dinner at the the same restaurant which is The Heat resto. My wife is pregnant which she can't consume a lot of food, so I ask the reception if we can bring some food/fuits in our room for my pregnant wife so that she can eat thise in a later time or she crave again. The receptionist (before entering inside of the Heat resto) allowed us to do that, take note it's only 1 plate that contains, 1 banana, 1 apple and 2 chocolate donuts. When the waitress saw that we are about to leave the Heat with the plate for my wife, she just called me and said it's not allowed, I have tried to please her because my wife is pregnant and can't eat a lot for that BUFFET, she insists that it's not allowed. I have also tried to explain again that the receptionist allowed us to do that and how come now she's not allowing us? We're a little bit frustrated that time of what happened, we are so embarrassed as well that's why I left the plate on the table I the heat. For me, it's not worth to pay for the netire price if the buffet if the person who will consume that is a pregnant womano r maybe they should allow to bring food to the room if thats for a pregnant woman, maybe some consideration. Thank you!
