We have had a very good experience with your hotel until we checked out. We were surprised that we were asked to pay extra for two adults staying.

We tried to resolve the matter when we checked out but the manager refused to do so.

We made a sample booking for the same room we stayed at your hotel today, the charges for two or one adult staying are the same for a canal room at your hotel. We were charged 45 extra for 2 night stays, and we are seeking a refund.
