I became a AIA member last year with lure of their AIA vitality app program. I choose them in place of cheaper insurance pancage from other insurance company thinking the higher premium paid should give better reliable customer service and protect me from unforeaseeable risks (efficient reasonable reimbursement team). HOWEVER, after signing up AIA vitality with them for 11.5months, I am very disappointed with them. I have in more than one occasion have to suffer from their system lapses, they bounced back and give me my credit vouchers. However, 2 weeks ago, I clocked my 250 points - proof from my apple health. first it took them 7 days to reply me. Second, they keep asking for more and more supporting documents, trying to makes it difficult for me to get my $10 crefditonet for the week. My 7 other frens in the group also lost their $5x7 = $45 . $55 in total. I can t imagine if such simple health credits is bugged by slow inefficient and unreasonable customer service , how do I entrust rhem with insurance and ascertain I can get my rightful protection and reimbursement. AIA you have lose my trust and i won t come back to you ever again!!
