We decided to use district heating 6 years ago when we were building our detached house. Our municipal utilities work together with PEWO because they value the quality and durability of the products.
Unfortunately, this does not apply to our system. The kettle was completely messed up after 6 years and the system was already defective after 3 years. The leaking boiler caused water damage of 2500 in our utility room. The new boiler costs 800.
We had hoped that the company would find an accommodating solution, but we were disappointed across the board. PEWO blocks completely and would like to invoice us for costs if we want to have the boiler checked. Since the new boiler was installed, the water heating has not been working properly. Here, too, PEWO would like to see money again.
For us completely incomprehensible! Customer service is particularly important here ...
If we weren't forced to operate this system due to the district heating supply, we would have had all the overpriced scrap removed and looked around for a professional and reliable system. Absolutely not recommendable!

Answer: Dear owner. Thank you for the detailed answer. From my side I can only say that I called Hamburg several times and also tried to find a solution by email. You could have just answered my email. The boiler should be checked against an invoice. What shoud that? Should I now commission PEWO because the new boiler is not working properly and am asked to pay again? It's a shame that they deal with customers like that.
