We stayed there last year and it was great. I think they might have changed Managers or something, because we stayed there again on June 6-June 11 (2019), and it was a total nightmare! I was lied to when I checked in about available rooms, the pool towels were always dirty, the wifi was a joke, they didn't clean the rooms until about 5:00pm. How do you get ready to go out for dinner when you are waiting for a maid? We told the front desk about our bad experiences and to help "make it right", we were told we would be given 15,000 rewards points. That did NOT happen!!!!! They lied once again just to get us checked out. The employees are not supervised well. The entire trip was a frustration. We will never stay there again, nor we will ever stay at any Hilton hotel due to the fact that they did not give us the 15,000 Rewards points as promised. There is a Marriott one block away that we will try next year when we go back.
