I was just at the center (24 December 2016) and unfortunately checked the web page for hours today on Xmas eve, which had been posted as 5 pm. Using this information I went to the center at about 1145 in the morning and scanning in with nobody at the counter at the time. As I entered the gym area the young woman (blond, frizzy hair) told me the center was closed at 1200. I told her the web page said something different and she told me in a very bad tone that the hours had been posted for two weeks. When I asked her about the web page hours listed (i said 8 but that was incorrect) she told me "we never close at 8 on Saturday" then ran away from me with no further comment or anything. First, this is the second time this same woman has been rude in reminding me of the hours and I have never been spoken to like this by any other employee at this center. I would like this woman to change her attitude quickly and understand the need for some level of customer service when she interacts with people and not remind them of posted hours as if we are dumb. Since this is the second time I have gotten some attitude from this woman, I am writing this to Post. You can do better in your interactions with the paying customers. Start now or find some other place to work - or be prepared for escalations of your inability to deal with folks in a nice way.
