Extremely HORRIBLE car buying experience! Lies about thier knowledge of the car they sold. Unfufilled promises about after the purchase service. I will never ever again purchase from this dealership. I was sold a car that should have never come from a reputable dealership! I was sold an aftermarket warranty that they told me would cover everything, but when i took the car in for service, they wanted to charge me for each diagnostic check individually.
I took the car to another dealership to find out that it had been involved in a rollover accident and probably should have had a salvage title, but absolutely should not have been sold by a reputable dealership.
I have waited and waited for someone to get back to me about how to make this situation right, but calls and emails go unanswered.
I wish i had read the previous reviews before i decided to purchase from them. Now im stuck in a car that is not safe and has thousands of dollars worth of repairs that are Necessary.
This was the worst possible car buying experience that i could have ever imagined possible.
