What a RIP OFF!!!

What a RIP OFF!!!

Why one star? Because I can't give negative stars!

I have a jeep with over sized tires and paid to have the speedometer calibrated to better reflect my correct speed.

The service person I spoke with informed me that when the work was done they input the wrong sized tires and that they had made a mistake. But because I had waited so long to inform them there was nothing they could do about it. Like it's easy for me to take off of work for a day.

But if I wanted it taken care of I could PAY THEM AGAIN and they'd take care of it.

What a RIP OFF!

They admitted making a mistake. Turned it around to be my fault and want to charge me a second time!
