It was a pleasure to work with Shawn K on the purchase of a new (for me) Jeep Grand Cherokee. Shawn got back to me within minutes when I expressed a hint of interest in another vehicle late at night when my work day was done. After that, he worked attentively and and in an unexpectedly timely fashion to help me find an SUV that checked all my boxes. We have bought and traded up a couple of vehicles over the past 3 years and Shawn is in a different category when it comes to salesmanship.
