I had just been involved in an accident. I drove with the tow truck driver to Gregg Young to drop off my car. He dropped me off at the front so I could get checked in while he took my car to the back. I was greeted by Kim in the body shop and explained what was going on and that I was having my car dropped off. A couple minutes later a guy from the back called up saying that is was probably a total ( which it was). The shuttle had already left on it s last trip for the day and he was to far to turn back so Kim offered me the use of a loaner vehicle and I happily excepted. I am not quite sure what Kim asked me as I was getting into the loaner vehicle but I remember telling her that I just want to get home, I just want to be home ( my safe place). I kept the loaner car long than I probably should have but they never once called to tell me that I needed to bring it back now. I took the car back the following Friday and apologize for having kept it for so long. ( not quite knowing how I was going to get to work on Saturday) but I didn t want them to think I was ungrateful for their kindness. Kim greeted me with a smile and said she understood. So, Thank you Kim for your kindness and understanding.
