**Paid for an oil change but they never changed the oil** Brought my truck in for an oil change and when they said it was finished, it seemed like the truck never moved from the parking lot. After paying, I checked and my computer was never reset and it still had the old oil change sticker. Went back inside and mentioned it may have been skipped and they blew me off and said it was done - reset my computer and got a new sticker. I still felt uneasy about it so I brought it to my work mechanic and he confirmed my fear, they never changed my oil. Called management and they confirmed w/ viewing their dvr that the truck never moved the entire time I was there. Brought it back in and they changed the oil, but never got an apology or even a discount. They've lost my business.
