We went to Gryphon Games to get a specific game for my nephew. They didn't have it in stock but said they could order it and then ship it directly to him. I paid a deposit for the game on Jan 16th and was told the game would arrive in their store within a week and then be shipped out. The employee told me they would email me tracking information once they shipped the game. 2 weeks go by and no emails come. So I called the store on Jan 31 and the employee tells me that there's an employee who "does this a lot. He takes orders but never completes them". She apologized, took my credit card info, and processed a return. 3 days later, I still have not been refunded. Thankfully I was able to find the game elsewhere and it will arrive one day after my nephews birthday. Terrible customer service. We like to support small businesses but not when they have horrible service.
