I recently left this as a negative review of a used camera order with Adorama, but after making my return, learned that the mistake was mine, as there was a setting buried in the menu that would have solved my problem. I can say that Nancy with Adorama was attentive to my initial concern and my return was accepted with no questions asked, and the credit to my account came in a timely manner.
With apologies to Adorama as a company and Nancy personally, I am changing this review so as not to reflect poorly on them when the error was mine.
