Typically i'm not one to go out of my way to give a rating but this shop was absolutely miserable. If you're looking for a shop made for rich snobs this is the place for you. I went in looking for frames but all glasses were ranging from $400-$900... so I ordered some contact lenses. When I got a call to pick them up I end up waiting 20 minutes in store only to be told that they lost my prescription. I come back a week later to pick up my contacts and i'm given the WRONG PRESCRIPTION. I go back the very next day to pick up the correct prescription (for the third time) and because I'm moving cross country and had already packed up the second box of contacts, they told me I had to pay for the box despite all the annoying errors they made previously. Ever heard of labeling ? ! fortunately for me I never have to go back. Ruthless and when I was in there upset and trying to explain my situation, the hostess began ignoring me and paid attention to another customer that had walked in. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. I'd rather give my money to a hole in the wall that that pretentious shop any day.
