It was very awkward...I tried to feel comfortable but I guess the lady working on my hair just wanted to get my hair done so she can move on to her next customer. I was told that "You know you could do this yourself right" and I also came in for big beach waves but got skinny curls instead even if I kept telling her I wanted beach waves. In my opinion, if a customer comes in knowing what they want, stop putting your opinion in acting like you're an expert with hair when your hair is literally dry af and just let the customer come in and get what they asked for! They also make it awkward to tip because they follow you to the front counter...if ill tip you I'll tip you, you don't need to follow me like I'm going to run away. I ended up tipping more than I should have but you know what? I'm never going back. I hate it, the ambiance, the dead conversations and the fake professionalism. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get your hair done.
