If I could rate DeLacy less than a star, I would. In my search for a new car, I went to many dealers in WNY and found a car that I liked here. After the night of the sale, before signing papers, they seemed to work with me on the price. Unfortunately, when I went to pick it up they were quoting an entirely different price. Then, after deciding to go for it anyways, the car need service and some touch up paint. I bought the car in September... it is now December and I am still waiting on the touch up paint after MANY MANY MANY phone calls, most of which were not returned. The service department, particularly the woman answering phones, is atrocious and they want absolutely nothing to do with you after you make the commitment of a car. If you are thinking of buying here, DON'T. Go somewhere else where service is better and they care about the people they are selling to.
