This is a company that preys upon the unemployable. They only hire people even McDonald's would reject, then works them six days per week (at about 25 cents an hour above minimum wage with no overtime) until even those losers finally wise up and bail on Phoneware. They're able to get away with not paying overtime because Monday through Friday, you don't work a full 40-hour week, you only work 35 hours. So to make up the difference, you're required to work five hours on either Saturday or Sunday...you only get one day off per week. That's an extra day you have to pay for gas, bus fare, day care etc. to get to work, but you don't get any extra pay. This is how Phoneware has been able to stay in business for decades. Their unethical business practices and poverty-level wages allow them to underbid all their competitors and still make a profit. But it's not like YOU'LL see any of those profits. The husband and wife who own the company are rich beyond your imagination. They own a yacht, a beachfront mansion and a fleet of $90,000+ cars...all bought with the sweat of their underpaid, "slave labor." They are despicable people who run a shameful company.
