Our salesman when we bought our couch didn't explain anything about our factory warranty. He was more interested in selling us the 5 year warranty that he claimed "covered everything". After just a few months, one of the cushions went flat. We waited a while before we talked to them about getting it fixed. Now the manufacturer warranty, that we didn't even know existed, is expired. It took me about 2 months and a lot of complaining and finally got it fixed. While the tech was fixing the couch, he took pictures of a rip he noticed to see if that was covered by our 5 year warranty. About a week later, someone left me a voicemail to let me know that the rip isn't covered by the 5 year warranty that apparently covers everything.... EXCEPT WHATEVER YOU NEED FIXED!!
